Ruchi and Mira are the Silly Swaminarayan Chefs. For all you non-Swaminarayans out there who are eagerly waiting to know what the heck we are talking about, we edit recipes to make food according to the guidelines of our religion -Swaminarayanism. Almost like vegan food except for the fact that we LOVE our cheese and chocolate! Through our silly experiments we hope to share recipes that are delicious, delectable, vegetarian, and free of onion, garlic and eggs.

Sorry I haven't posted in the last couple of days. I've been in transit. I am now in Richmond, VA. If I discover any new food finds I will share them here.
